Research Interests

  • Study of plant enzymes with potential industrial application (aminoxidases, aldehyd dehydrogenasye, sulfit oxidase)
  • Improvement of enzyme properties using mutagenesis, chemical modifications and protein immobilization to solid support
  • Protein biochemistry and proteomics, focused to proteolytic enyzmes and glycoproteins
